Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Routine Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct routine testing of LV Panels as per relevant IEC standards and customer requirements. Perform functional testing of control circuits on LV panels, transformers, and circuit breakers to ensure product quality.

Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve issues encountered during routine testing of panels.

Inspection Compliance

Incorporate changes suggested by customers during inspections and ensure their implementation before panel dispatch. Prepare and submit inspection reports, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and panel test reports.

Customer Coordination

Coordinate with internal and external customers for routine testing during inspections.

Quality Management

Ensure proper implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Customer Feedback & Calibration

Collect customer feedback during inspections. Ensure timely calibration of all monitoring and measuring equipment used in the testing process.

Engineering Feedback

Provide feedback to execution engineers on drawing-related or design concerns identified during testing.

Equipment Maintenance

Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all testing equipment.

Candidate Background Requirements:

Educational Qualification

B.E. / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing equipment.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of test systems in LV/HV switchgear. Experience in electrical switchyard component testing.

Skill Set

Proficient in LV/HV switchgear panel testing. Experience in protection relay testing using software tools is an added advantage.

Communication

Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
