We are looking for a skilled Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Machines. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in plastic engineering and a strong background in machine testing, trouble-shooting, or processing operations from reputed injection moulding machine manufacturers or molding units.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct testing and quality validation of injection moulding machines before dispatch.
Perform mechanical and operational checks on machine components.
Troubleshoot issues during machine trial runs.
Coordinate with production and design teams for quality improvements.
Handle machine installation trials (optional, if field exposure is involved).
Ensure machines meet technical specifications and safety standards.
Maintain proper documentation of testing procedures and results.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma in Plastic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in injection moulding machine manufacturing/testing.
Good understanding of machine operations, parameters, and hydraulics.
Ability to read and understand machine assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Willingness to work in shop-floor or field environment.
