: Testing Engineer

Statcon Powtech Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of solar inverters and power electronics solutions, is seeking a Junior Testing Engineer to join our Production and Testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, debugging, and validating electronic hardware to ensure product reliability, safety, and compliance with quality standards. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong hands-on career in electronics testing within the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct testing of electronic hardware and systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards Utilize testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators for performance evaluation and troubleshooting Perform hardware debugging to identify, analyze, and resolve product faults and failures Execute test procedures for digital and analog circuits as per defined testing protocols Record and document test results accurately and prepare detailed inspection and test reports Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical and testing-related issues Ensure adherence to safety, ESD, and quality control procedures on the production floor Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes Support product validation, burn-in testing, and final testing before product dispatch

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering Minimum 1 Year to 4 Years of Exp in Testing Vertical Strong understanding of digital and analog electronics Proficiency in using electronic measuring instruments such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and multimeters Knowledge of active and passive components including resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, op-amps, and ICs Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documents Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems related to testing functions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
