We are looking for a Testing and Commissioning Engineer - Rail Electrification You\'ll make a difference by: We Responsible for all testing & commissioning works with Quality, Safety and on time of 750V DC Electrification system of Metro rail network Testing & Commissioning works at site. Coordination with Project Manager and Site Manager. Coordination with contractors and testing agencies. Coordination with customer representatives at site. Coordination with EHSMip and Safety officers deputed at site. Ensure safe working of all Siemens project team members and contractor\'s workers at site. Ensure safe work under power and traffic blocks. Coordination with QMip and Quality officers deputed at site. Checks site Testing & Commissioning records, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results. Ensures proper documentation of site Testing & Commissioning and test results. Close project punch list items related to testing & commissioning. Specific Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all aspects in various projects and support head of rolling stock business unit. Responsibility for Testing & Commissioning activities within time, budget, quality and safety framework. Having technical expertise of the allocated work and ensuring Testing & Commissioning works as per Testing & Commissioning Plan and within timeline defined by Project Manager/Site Manager. Ensuring budget of work is maintained while maintaining quality and safety standards as per customer and Siemens. Close coordination with Site Manager and Project Manager. Work in close coordination and as per instructions provided time to time during the tenure of the project Close coordination with customer representatives at site: Represents Siemens at site and participate in all meetings, site inspections, etc along with customer representatives, interface partners, contractors, statutory bodies related to testing & commissioning works and as instructed by Project Manager and Site Manager. Close coordination with contractors: To monitor, supervise and report contractor\'s Testing & Commissioning works as per instruction of Project Manager, Site Manager and as per laid down process EHS requirements and timeline defined for the work. Close coordination with EHS officer, Quality officer at site: Close coordination with EHS officer and Quality officer at site. To take part in EHS meetings of customer and monthly safety committee meetings. To take part in safety walk, TBT and LMRA. KPIs Testing & Commissioning Works Supervision of Contractor\'s work Time EHS & Quality Coordination with Site Manager & Project Manager Desired Skills: You should have minimum experience of 10 years of managing Railway Rolling Stock Projects along with bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or field related to electrical engineering Candidates with minimum 5 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning works of 750V DC systems for metro rail projects and/or 220/132/66/33KV networks will be preferred.
