???? What We're Looking For

? Strong Manual Testing Skills - Ability to write and execute detailed test cases, perform regression testing, and ensure product quality. ? AI Tools Expertise - Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, LambdaTest AI, Functionize, Katalon AI, etc.). ? Bug Tracking & Reporting - Skilled in documenting issues with clarity and working closely with developers to ensure quick resolutions. ? Ownership & Proactivity - Someone who takes end-to-end responsibility for quality and deadlines. ? Agile Team Player - Comfortable working in fast-paced product environments with iterative releases.

???? Key Responsibilities

???? Create, review, and execute detailed test cases for every module before release.

???? Utilize AI-based testing tools to speed up regression and automation testing.

???? Perform functional, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality product delivery.

???? Identify, report, and track bugs in a structured and clear manner using tools like Jira/Asana.

???? Perform basic API testing using tools like Postman.

???? Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure zero-bug releases to production.

???? Continuously explore AI testing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

???? Must-Have Skills

? Manual Testing Expertise - Test case preparation, test execution, and bug reporting.

? AI Testing Tools - Experience in Testim, Mabl, LambdaTest AI, or similar tools.

? Bug Tracking Tools - Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.

? API Testing - Working knowledge of Postman or similar API testing tools.

? Basic Automation Knowledge - Understanding of Selenium or Playwright.

? Agile Methodology Experience - Familiar with sprints, daily stand-ups, and iterative releases.

You'll be assigned milestone-based tasks to validate your skills.

Performance will be closely monitored on test case coverage and bug-free releases.

Successful completion ? Permanent Role

Poor performance ? Termination

Earn an additional 2.5 percent bonus on task value for every weekly milestone successfully deployed LIVE without bugs.
