Role description

Tester HealthProof is looking for a Senior Tester, who under the general supervision of the engineering and delivery lead, will work to deliver the implementation of a Health care ecosystem for our Health Plan clients. The Quality Analyst will work with the small to mid-size Health Plan Clients, third party vendors, and onshore and offshore Advalent associates to Plan, design, execute and report software tests and mentor a team of software testers. Candidate should have excellent functional, analytical and communication skills and ability to engage as part of a team working both physically together and virtually. You should be an excellent problem solver who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. As a QA, this is your opportunity to: o Create and execute detailed test plans from business requirements, functional specifications, agile stories and/or product requirements. o Serves on project teams to coordinate and lead QA activities for programming and implementation projects o Build and enhance automation framework using selenium-Java o Review business / software requirements and provide inputs. o Prepare / review test plans. o Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data. o Execute tests (manual / automated). o Report defects and assist in their understanding. o Analyze test results and track software testing metrics. o Prepare and present test reports. o Train, mentor and supervise junior software engineers. o Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution o Setting up QA processes and standards o Review product user interface for conformity o Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members. o Comply with the organization's Code of Conduct, all regulatory and contractual requirements, organizational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
