Now is the time to join the force.As AVP Marketing, your roles and responsibilities are:- Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Management:1. Lead in envisioning and executing marketing strategies, emphasizing stakeholder collaboration, translating customer insights into actionable plans.2. Nurture growth and offer mentorship within the full-funnel marketing team.- Acquisition Campaigns and Customer Acquisition:1. Develop and implement acquisition campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Influencers).2. Drive customer acquisition via aggressive multi-channel marketing plans.Partnerships and Affiliates: Identify and foster relationships with partners and affiliates to boost digital performance.Data-Driven Decision Making:1. Collaborate with data and analytics teams, implementing measurement frameworks, mining insights, and conducting tests for strategy improvement.2. Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against set ROI and KPIs.Product Marketing and Go-To-Market Strategy:1. Manage the go-to-market strategy, overseeing elements such as positioning, messaging, pricing, competitive research, and sales enablement.2. Plan, develop, and implement the product marketing strategy.Category Awareness and Demand Challenges:1. Design and execute online and offline marketing initiatives for increased category awareness.2. Strategically address challenges in demand and independently create marketing programs.Skills and requirements:- Are a seasoned veteran: Have 5 - 7 years of experience with premium B School with proven learning agility.- Know the yard: Have topline experience in digital marketing with relevant Performance Marketing experience as well as that of scaling up digital companies (Ed Tech / FinTech / Gaming / Tech Start-Ups etc).- Are a people-person: Have the ability to lead a team and work with diverse, matrixed stakeholders.- Bring your Technical A-Game: Have knowledge of Analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools (e.g. Branch, Appsflyer, DCM, etc).- Have a strong leadership game: Have experience and ability to manage scale as well as a strong knowledge of organized players (Facebook/Google etc ) and Affiliate platforms.
