About this opportunity

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. Mostly application/infrastructure monitoring!

We are now looking for Solution Verification Specialist in Solution Offering Integration and Verification (SOIV) organization of PDU BSS. The job role is responsible for working in close collaboration with your peers performing Integration and Verification activities on Digital monetization platform (DMP) solution spread. The solution competence domain responsibility will range in the areas of EM (Mediation), EOC (Order Care), ECM (Catalog Management), DXP (Digital Selfcare), CS (Charging) and BSCS (Billing) and TMF APIs from a end to end solution perspective.

What you will do

Handle end-to-end test responsibilities of Solution offering Integration and Verification (SOIV) with focus to

Solution: Hands on working experience on deployment, integration, and verification of products as solution combining EM (Mediation), EOC (Order Care), ECM (Catalog Management), DXP (Digital Selfcare), CS (Charging) and BSCS (Billing) and TMF APIs from a solution perspective.

Deployment and upgrade: Hands on working experience on deploying cloud native applications, debugging in containerized setup of applications. Exposure to AWS a plus.

Test Analysis, planning, execution, and reporting:

• Scripting: Python, Others: GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins
• Databases: Oracle, Cassandra, Postgress

You will bring

Analyzing requirements from Business Use cases (BUCs) and HLDs, Writing Test strategy, approaches and Planning

Creating Test cases and requirements mapping.

Test cases execution and its Reporting, Trouble Report (TR) writing for defects discovered and its fixes verification.

Test cases automation using Robot framework and or JMeter.

Exposure to working in a CI/CD setup.

Curiosity about ideation and innovation

Education: Graduate in Engineering in Computer Science or similar

Minimum years of relevant experience: 5-9 years into Telcos Business support systems (BSS) product/solution development, verification, support, and automation.
