Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team
2. Build expertise in product functionality/automation
3. Solid problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
4. Proactive at taking initiatives, decision making and bringing in innovation
5. Work with team to ensure automated tests are integrated/executed in the CI/CD environment
6. Assist in cross-training team members on automation
7. Maintain frameworks to automate test scenarios/scripts
8. Troubleshoot, stabilise and optimise existing manual/automated test cases/scripts
9. Work as a member of an Agile SCRUM team delivering high-quality software in weekly/bi-weekly sprints
10. Work independently to complete all assigned project tasks within tight deadlines
11. Strong communication and product technical skills to support cross functional activities and external customers

Required Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of QA experience working with networking products along with hands-on PYTHON framework/automation
2. Strong knowledge on L2/L3, POSTMAN, Security, UNIX/Linux, Operating Systems and Git
3. Knowledge on OpenStack is a plus
4. Experience with lab automation, lab orchestration, inventory management
5. Experience with virtualisation, DOCKERS and Cloud environment
6. Experience handling/assisting customer reported issues/escalation
7. Good aptitude for testing, exploration, troubleshooting, problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritisation
8. Must be a good team player; excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening skill
9. Fundamentals of SDLC and STLC process
