Role & responsibilities

The job involves counseling & guiding students and parents for overseas education and related admission process including details of training on the, GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE & OET.

Following up with the students

Convert enquiries into enrollments

Conduct research on courses and universities.

Handle escalations and to ensure student satisfaction in issue resolution.

Demonstrate strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.

Ensuring meeting the sales/ revenue assigned.

Ensure students attain success in their chosen career path

Coordinating with Admission Department for the student admission timely with regular dues.

Establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with prospective students by adding value services.

Should have knowledge of the entire process and requirements for study abroad Universities degrees, Eligibility Tests, process etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.

Excellent fluency in English and the local language Communication (both written & verbal)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
