Key Responsibilities


+ We are seeking a strong QA Lead with proven experience in Trade Regulatory Reporting to manage testing delivery at a program level
+ The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in regulatory reporting platforms
+ Experience with the Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform is a significant advantage
+ Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects within the Trade Regulatory Reporting domain
+ Define and implement test strategies plans and processes aligned with program goals
+ Coordinate with cross functional teams including development business analysts and compliance to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Required Skills Experience

Strong experience in Trade Regulatory Reporting eg MiFID II EMIR SFTR Dodd Frank Proven track record of managing QA delivery at a program level Handson experience with test management tools and automation frameworks Excellent understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus
