We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in manual and automation

testing to lead our QA function. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in software

testing, with proven leadership in managing large QA teams, driving automation strategies, and

ensuring delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

Primary Skills

10-15 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation). Strong expertise in test management, planning, and strategy. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright,
TestNG, JUnit, etc.).

Proficiency in test tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, TestRail, Zephyr). Expertise in functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing. Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate). Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript). Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation integration. Knowledge of cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA in DevOps.
Nice to Have

Experience in mobile automation testing (iOS, Android). Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling). Familiarity with security testing practices. Exposure to AI/ML in testing and predictive analytics.
Roles & Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall test strategy, automation roadmap, and QA processes. Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring high productivity and skill development. Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across projects. Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality gates at every stage. Select and implement test automation frameworks, tools, and practices. Ensure end-to-end test coverage, including functional, regression, performance, and security. Manage test environments, data strategy, and defect management process. Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, and release readiness. Stay updated on emerging trends in testing & automation.

Pay: ₹335,691.60 - ₹1,483,353.26 per year
