Position Test Manager (4A) Position 1 Department Information Technology Department IT - Enterprise Test COE Reporting to Reporting to Location Gurgaon Location Gurgaon JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing Testing framework with high degree of automation solution in setting up and execution of Testing Center of Excellence in the enterprise and drive the Quality assurance KPIs and goals for all Digital/technology software solutions. Lead the overall practice with Industry best processes, tools, methodologies & governance for ensuring qualitative outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Setup Digital Testing practice with people, tools & processes Assessing and on-boarding of testing skillset basis comprehensive evaluation Build robust and agile test automation solutions for progressive and regressive automation usecases Extensive experience on Selenium, Katalon, Cucumber, Appium, SOA services, backend testing solutions. Also, exposure on CI/CD development and testing tools (e.g. Jenkins/Bamboo). Define Testing Strategy covering environments, test data management, reporting, selection of tools & quality gates Define, measure & Improve Testing related KPIs Define methods for defect lifecycle management & analyzing for predictability Work closely with Digital Product Management & Technology Delivery Educating testing community on best tools, practices and mentoring them on implementations. Continuously innovate in Testing domain with new tools & methodologies Mange relationships with all key stakeholders in Product Management & IT Mentor the testing community Ensure comprehensive test automation coverage & engagement model Envision TCOE dashboards and product engineering quality KPIs. Measures of Success Quality releases of software into production Increase in predictability of a quality delivery Lowering of defect leakage between environments Faster go-to market with agile testing solution Key Relationships (Internal /External) Change agent for benchmarking testing maturity model at enterprise level under Enterprise Testing CoE Key competencies/skills required Overall 9-13 years of experience in QA domain At least 6 years of hands-on experience as an automation tester for web/mobile applications. At least 3 years of experience in a test lead role, leading QA for multiple/complex projects At least 2 years of experience in creating Test Strategy and its execution Well versed with testing approaches like TDD, BDD, End to End testing, WhiteBox, BlackBox testing, V model Experienced on tools like Selenium, Cucumber, QTP, Appium, JIRA Experience of operating in both agile and waterfall development methodologies Experienced in leveraging DevOps for continuous testing Well versed with Industry trends of delivering modern QA practice Desired qualifications and experience: Preferably B.E / MCA from a reputed institute Overall 9-13 years of experience in QA domain Preferably having RPA exposure.
