Accountable for setting the Test Strategy, Planning and Estimating Test phases of responsible projects or products
Co-ordinate delivery of the testing solution, manage the testing tasks of a team of testers and senior testers across the end to end testing lifecycle whilst providing direction, leadership and guidance
Lead by Example and able to Participate and contribute in Project execution actively at all level
Manage the production, quality and accuracy of all test deliverables and ensure that these adhere to the Civica Test Policy
Participate in Daily scrum and track the existing status again the actual Progress.
Resource ramping up and knowledge transfer activity to each individual team member.
Identify the Gaps in terms of Execution activity and solve the problem with quick turnaround time.
Produce test deliverables, Test Plans and Test Outcome Reports
Manage the quality aspects of testing work and provide peer review of the testing artefacts produced by others in the testing team
Provide accurate and concise process updates ensuring visibility of the test process to the project / product teams and the Civica Software Quality Assurance team
Assess and mitigate any risks or issues that threaten the achievement of the testing deliverables
People Management of assigned Testers
Actively seek process improvements and efficiencies
Act as a role model, mentor and coach to the testing community
