About the Department

Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Cross DD&IT Technologies is an integral part of the DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support and maintenance processes for SAP Authorization & S4 Project Execution, Analytics, Integration, Data management and Automation solutions for all Regions in Novo Nordisk.

The Position

As S4 HANA Test Lead, you will lead and supporting technical & functional testing in large scale S/4 HANA testing environment. You shall be accountable for defining and implementing the SAP test strategy and promoting good testing practises on the projects to deliver significant value within the SAP Program. You will ensure the successful delivery of SAP testing projects and de-risk the projects through Quality Assurance. Your primary responsibilities shall be:

• Define test strategy, test scope and execution plan for S/4 HANA Program. Oversee and manage the testers to deliver all phases of end-to-end test cycle- including integrations, performance and data and authorizations.
• Delivery of industry standard automation and performance testing frameworks, provide quick and efficient test execution in relation with SAP program.
• Deliver high-quality testing service towards SAP stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. Handle communications and alignment with complex Lob stakeholder landscape, primarily system owners, project owners and business process owners.
• Manage all services related to testing for S/4 HANA Program. Involve in product design to ensure adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements. Monitor the effectiveness of Testing through evaluation and feedback.
• Act as a SME in SAP Testing and automation and provide expertise to diversified projects. Support Vendor evaluations as part of Request for Proposal (RfP) in relation to Test, validation and approval procedures. Collaborate for audit with vendors/data centres to ensure all the deliverables are in line with our internal quality process.

Qualification

• M.Sc. or Masters in a relevant field e.g., engineering, computer science, technology, business administration.
• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience with at least 3 to 5 years of SAP Testing experience in a large scale S4 Hana Program e.g. IT technology, program, delivery and project management, IT system management, IT operations, IT infrastructure, IT Security, IT Product or IT quality. Must have SAP Testing experience in both functional and regression testing.
• Proven experience of SAP systems and modules - SAP ECC, ABAP, S/4 Hana, Fiori, CFIN & SAP Solution Manager etc.
• Hands on experience on Tricentis Change Impact Analysis (CIA) and Enterprise continuous testing (ECT) tools is preferred.
• Pharma or relevant industry experience preferred.
• Self-driven and strong personal leadership, ability to analyse and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner.
• Proven ability to manage and adapt to changes. Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding.
• Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus building skills. You must have high cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures. Above all you have passion for excellence with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem solving and decision making.
