We are looking forward to hireSelenium - Web Modules Professionals in the following areas : Experience 5-8 Years Required Technical Competencies Requirement Gathering and Analysis: In-depth understanding of requirement gathering and analysis concepts and terminology. Able to independently conduct complex analysis of requirements, such as identifying risks and trade-offs. Able to facilitate requirement gathering workshops and interviews and are skilled in creating and reviewing comprehensive requirement documents. Testing Design: In Depth knowledge of test design technique, framework, and approach. Can design and implement automated testing frameworks. Can analyze and interpret test results to identify areas of improvement. Can use testing tools and technologies effectively. Can provide testing-related guidance to other team members. Test Development: Has a comprehensive understanding of test development principles and concepts. Can develop complex test forms and interpret test results with minimal guidance. May be able to lead and mentor others in the test development process. Estimation and Resource Planning: Estimate and plan resources using techniques like WBS and FP. Assign resources for tasks. Use appropriate estimation models for medium-high complexity projects. Track and report budget gaps. Technology/Product Knowledge: Has a solid understanding of testing processes and techniques. Has a good understanding of the technology and products been tested. Can execute tests independently and analyze results. Knowledge Management: Working knowledge of Knowledge Management principles and practices. Able to apply the principles and practices in practical situations and use the tools and techniques effectively. Write technical and user understanding documents. Customer Management: Has specialized knowledge of customer\'s business domain and technology suite. Use latest technology, communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, present technical offerings, and proactively suggest solutions. Test Planning: Has a broad knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Can design and implement automated test scripts for various types of testing, such as functional, regression, and performance testing. Can analyze test results and identify areas of improvement for the testing process. Domain/ Industry Knowledge: Understands the customer\'s business processes and relevant technology platform or product. Can independently create process maps, workflows, business cases, and test cases for medium/complex requirements with assistance from SME. Test Execution: Advanced understanding of test execution techniques and strategies. Can design and develop test cases, execute performance and security testing, analyze test results, provide recommendations for improvement, and mentor junior testers. Can work independently and may provide guidance and supervision to junior team members. Test Automation Technology/Product Knowledge: An expert-level understanding of Test Automation Technology/Product Knowledge. Able to design, develop, and maintain complex test automation frameworks and scripts. Have a deep understanding of programming concepts and should be able to use multiple programming languages to create automated tests. Able to integrate automation with other testing tools and processes. Responsibilities: Work with product and software teams to define, develop and execute test plans, coordinate automation coverage where applicable, prioritize, plan, and execute testing cycles based on sprint and/or delivery model timeframes. Coordinate SQA efforts and deliverables and tasks as they relate to functional testing of various platforms including Salesforce (Classic and Lightning), and desktop/mobile WebCMS frontend and backend deployments. Document detailed test scenarios and scripts derived from defined business requirements and support the SQA organization to coordinate test plans across multiple stakeholders/vendors. Execute formal test plans with attention to detail ensuring all system components function per defined requirements and are production ready prior to launch Identify and assist in implementing the appropriate automation framework solution for web and mobile apps. Assist in coordinating vendor relationship of contracted resources both on and offshore as applicable. Create quality measurements, reports and tracking metrics to be consumed by the project teams as well as the IT SQA department. Provide leadership in identifying and implementing testing standards and practices. Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Manual and Agile test desciplines Hands on experience testing in the Salesforce Classic and Lightning ecosystems. Demonstrated successful discipline working within an Agile software delivery methodology project team stucture. Strong process and manual testing expertise. Keen business analysis skills with the ability to intricately understand requirements, functional Specs, and systems to facilitate the creation of Test Plans, and Test scripts. Preferred Skills and Competencies: Extremely organized with excellentcommunication. Solid presentation and facilitations skills. Proven experience working with Test Management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Helix, etc Understanding of mobile and front end architecture, and various coding languages such as JAVA, Python, etc. Hands on and action oriented self-starter who can drive complex projects with minimal guidance/oversight. Ability and willingness to create all project deliverables as needed. Understanding and/or experience working in a medical device/Life Sciences company. Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple teams, on concurrent projects. Exposure to working with global project teams and/or products.
