JOB DESCRIPTION
o Proven experience in the Wealth Management domain, preferably within banking or financial services. o Hands-on experience with Advent and Prospero applications. Preferable to know the complete working of the application life cycles. o Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio types, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINMA, CPF) o Technical proficiency in managing integrations, incremental data loads, and platform dependencies o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Information Technology. o Certifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies o Certifications in Wealth/ Investment Banking o Experience with vendor engagement for wealth platforms. o Define the product vision and roadmap for wealth platforms including Advent and Prospero. o Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Tribe, Investment Operations, and IT to gather and prioritize requirements. o Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements (e.g., CPF Annual Regulation, Islamic proposition, ECM integration). o Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features such as SIP workflows, trade settlement automation, and incremental load enhancements. o Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, Solutioning, and production support across Advent and Prospero platforms. o Monitor platform performance and resolve issues related to tactical VAT invoicing, trade execution, and fee accruals.
