Key Responsibilities:

7-12 Years' experience in the software industry with experience in testing. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and manage software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve them. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Proven experience in handling testing teams with manual, automation, and performance engineers. Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing software stability. Stay current with industry best practices, emerging testing trends, and tools. Continuously improve and optimize test processes to enhance software quality.

Qualifications:

bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing, and quality assurance. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

ISTQB or other relevant certifications. Experience in the healthcare domain. Knowledge on test automation, performance, and load testing. Experience in various Software Development Methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and V-model. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Pay: ₹667,048.43 - ₹1,771,823.13 per year
