Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 6 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Selenium and other testing tools. This role involves ensuring the quality of web applications through meticulous testing processes. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development of innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables. Oversee the implementation of testing tools and frameworks optimizing for efficiency. Provide comprehensive test metrics and reporting to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Develop and execute manual end-to-end business process assurance tests. Utilize Appium and Selenium for automated testing enhancing test coverage. Manage test cases and defects using tools like SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira. Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices across all projects. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve application performance. Conduct regular reviews of test plans and strategies to align with project goals. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members. Monitor and report on testing progress identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies. Support new product development initiatives in the T&H domain ensuring robust testing.

Qualifications

Experience in Airlines/Aviation Domain - minimum 3 years Possess strong technical skills in Appium Java and Selenium for effective test automation. Demonstrate proficiency in using testing tools such as SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira. Exhibit experience in manual end-to-end business process assurance testing. Have a basic understanding of programming to assist in test script development. Experience in the T&H domain is a plus contributing to product and service innovation. Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and provide actionable insights. * Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
