Job Role Summary:
This is an exciting position as a Test Engineer - Design Lead requiring strong leadership and
equipment development skills. This is an opportunity to lead the development of new product
test equipment for new consumer products. The ideal candidate is a leader with strong expertise
developing and delivering equipment test solutions for a high volume manufacturing factory.
Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of test engineers (SW, EE, ME, TE) to develop and deliver test equipment.
• Developing and deliver test equipment (hardware and software) solutions

which meet business objectives for cost, quality, schedule and other factors.

• Solve technical problems both independently and with co-workers.
• Present weekly program status updates to internal teams, as required.
• Communicate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams, as required.

(Typical teams include HW Engineering, HW Test, GSM, Operations PM, etc.)

• Manage supplier engineering performance and communicate progress.
