Your Team We are looking to hire a Test Engineer who can work in Web Banking projects. You will work together with various other teams as the Customization teams as well as the product development teams in different geography. The whole group is responsible for developing and maintaining our Avaloq solutions. As Software Testing specialist of Web Banking, you will ensure the quality of product. This includes being point of contact for building test cases, involved in planning the testing, developing and executing tests either manually or automatically. Your mission

• Execute manual and automated test scripts
• Hands-on involvement in the implementation of software testing processes
• Closely collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and other Software Engineers
• Analysis and test design
• Help with the planning, control and reporting of project related test campaigns
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Participate in the creation of new testing concepts and actively implement the concepts along with its daily operation

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in testing including Automation (preferably with Cypress)
• Has extensive experience with different test strategies for Web applications
• Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
• Experience in translating user stories into test cases along with expected outcome
• Worked with tools like Jira, Zephyr
• Programming skills (Javascript, Typescript)
• Team-oriented, willing to contribute and help other team members in order to successfully achieve team goals
• Agile (Scrum) know-how
• You are fluent in English
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges

• ISTQB or CSTE certified
• Banking and Finance domain experience/knowledge would be plus
