FunctionResearch & Development - JaipurPay BandE4 to M2RoleTest Engineer (TCU)A purpose driven role for youo To integrate & validate the software and functionalities of telematics controller unit (TCU) at component level
o To validate the wireless communication protocol like Bluetooth, WiFi etc..
o To validate the data published by TCU and validate the functionalities of customer application (C-App)
o To validate the data published by TCU to Cloud/ server
o To validate the hardware of the telematics controller unit (TCU)
o To release bug/error free automotive TCU embedded software to internal & external customers
o To simulate the failure and support for root cause analysis to resolve it
o Mainly focus on: To validate the hardware & software functionalities of telematics controller unit (TCU) at component level.A Day in the life~Integration & validation of software & Hardware for telematics controller unit (TCU)~Flashing & diagnostics~Management of Test Records and Test Lab Equipment\'s~Analyse and reporting of problem during development phase~Analyse and troubleshooting quality issue coming from the fieldAcademic Qualification & ExperienceBTech in Electronics/Electrical, or equivalent.Advanced Qualifications are an advantage.Technical Skills/KnowledgeExtensive knowledge with software integration and validation for wireless communication protocol like Bluetooth WiFi etc.Knowledge of handling the simulators like GNSS simulator, spectrum analyser foe wireless communication etc.Knowledge of homologation requirements Extensive knowledge of main automotive bus communication.Knowledge in auxiliary automotive bus communication (CAN, LIN, MOST, etc..)Extensive knowledge of UDS protocol, KWP Knowledge in testing procedure.Knowledge of main automotive programming and analysis tool (Vector, Inca, etc..)Extensive knowledge of EV & IC vehicle functionalities, logics & algorithm\'sExperience in troubleshooting and problem solving.Preferred knowledge of Automotive Standards Experience in working under time constraint.Behavioural SkillsInnovative thinking and capability to leverage technologiesDevelop people Excellent communication and intercultural skillsAdaptability, Self-motivationStrong sense of achievement and ownershipOpenness to new approaches, high flexibilityRisk management skillsWhat will it be like to work for HeroAs the world\'s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for the last 22 years, Hero is where you will get to work with the brightest innovators, passionate about being the best in what they do.
