We are seeking a highly skilled

Performance Tester with Selenium expertise

to join our team in the

public safety telecom domain

. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in performance and automation testing and be capable of delivering independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute performance and automation testing activities across telecom/public safety platforms. Develop and maintain test plans, estimations, scripts, and execution strategies. Routinely run performance tests and maintain historical records of results. Analyze test outcomes to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Configure performance counters using

PerfMon

to monitor CPU, memory, disk I/O, and network usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards.

Technical Skills & Tools

Programming/Scripting:

Bash, Perl, Java, Python, Groovy, Node.js

Monitoring & Visualization:

Grafana, Telegraf, New Relic, ELK Stack

Automation Tools:

Selenium, Jenkins

Performance Tools:

LoadRunner, JMeter, SimSlientSIP, Justle, Media Handler (added advantage)*

Feature Testing Tools:

Options-App, HELD/LoST mock servers (Node.js based) (added advantage)*

Log Analysis:

Call Quality Metrics, Justle logs, SCS Errors

Database:

InfluxDB testing and tuning

Alarms & Monitoring:

Zabbix

Networking:

Strong understanding across all OSI layers

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum

10 years

of hands-on experience in performance and Selenium testing Proven expertise in telecom and public safety domains Ability to work independently and manage testing lifecycle end-to-end
