DescriptionOverview:The focus of this position is to perform end-to-end tests for Kronos timekeeping and scheduling application. This includes the identification of Functional, Technical and Integration related defects as well as the effective documentation of defects to expedite resolution.Position ResponsibilitiesWorks on the end-to-end testing of Kronos application in both timekeeping and scheduling modules. Be the subject matter expert for People Process, Forecast, Scheduling, T&L, Integration modules in Kronos.Responsible for delivery of mid to large-scale projects in Kronos area.Serve as a Kronos single point of contact for small projects, releases, and other implementations specific to the HR area of work, including coordination of tasks, testing, delivery of work from other groups within the IT department and business areas.Works with automation team to get them involved and provide them with functional perspective.Define and manage test data required for testing activities, ensuring data integrity and privacy.Clearly documents defects, and retests fixes in a timely manner.Delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail.Submits key deliverables to supervisor for review before publishing.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with functional and technical teams spread across the geographies.
