We are developing an Artificial Intelligence (AI) embedded data science and analytics product platform (patented in US) with a series of offerings to solve real world problems. Our technical, SME, and business leadership team comprises of each professional with 15+ years of experience and strong credibility to their names.What Role You Are Expected To Play?Essential - extensive experience producing and understanding Test Plans and creating test scripts/casesEssential - good experience of the management of all or part of the test execution phase in projects .Exposure to Agile methodology.Good attention to detail to ensure test artifacts and processes are accurate. Should have done test reporting with good clarity and no ambiguityFluent business English (spoken and written) language skills.Excellent communication skills at all levels. (may be required to frequently discuss with leadership community / clients)Fair knowledge of Automation Testing.Ability to run test scripts on need basis.Experienced working in a onshore/offshore environment with a flexible and adaptable working style to workwith aggressive project schedules.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint.Essential Experience And Skillset For The Role2 -6 years of Application Testing experience on custom developed applications or COTS.*Technical support on project testing around preparation of test coverage, scripts preparation.Defect template set up, requirement traceability configuration and any other configuration requirements around the testing.Defect life cycle management within the project will be an essential element of this responsibility.To continually look for opportunities to use testing automation tools and techniques to improve the qualityand delivery of the testing.Required Soft SkillsAble to communicate with the users and technical teamsWorked in an offshore/onsite engagementsBasic knowledge of Coding Skills with OOP conceptsPeople & CultureAs a company, we believe in working hard and letting our passion drive us to dream high and achieve higher.
