Job Category: Applied R&DDegree Level: Bachelor's Degree:A Cloud Native Test Engineer is a software testing specialist focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications built using cloud-native technologies. They design, develop, and execute test plans for applications deployed in cloud environments, leveraging containerization (Docker, etc.), orchestration (Kubernetes, etc.), and microservices architectures. Their work involves a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for cloud-native applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using appropriate frameworks (example: Robot).
• Perform functional, integration, performance, and security testing of cloud-native applications.
• Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Document test results and provide reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:You have:

• B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech with 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on cloud-native applications.
• Experience on Docker, Kubernetes based applications testing.
• Hands-on Experience in Testing & Automation frameworks (Robot, etc), testing Tools / Simulators.
• Experience in bringing up test setups - Installation and Upgrade.
• Experience with scripting languages -Python, Shell, PERL

It would nice if you also had:

• Experience in testing with real Network Elements.
• Domain know-how on Network Management System and security domain
