Position Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7Builds and maintains test automation framework elements in accordance with design.
\xc2\xb7Responsible for delivery of test automation plan to ensure automation coverage.
\xc2\xb7Partners with Developers and Business Analysts to develop automated tests based on user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring full coverage of navigation and assertions.
\xc2\xb7Ensures appropriate test data is defined and available in the test environment.
\xc2\xb7Executes and maintains automated tests.
\xc2\xb7Clearly documents defects, and retests fixes in a timely manner.
\xc2\xb7Delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
\xc2\xb7Submits key deliverables to supervisor for review before publishing.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Accountable for quality delivery with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Position Qualifications
\xc2\xb710+ years of experience in test automation with 5+ years in mobile app automation- IOS/Android.
\xc2\xb7Hands-on experience in building test automation frameworks using Appium, Selenium and Cucumber
\xc2\xb7Hands-on experience in scripting and should mentor/coach the team members
- Strong experience in using Java programming for test automation
- Strong understanding and experience using OOP principals and concepts
- Experience in working on a BDD framework \xe2\x80\x93 Cucumber(preferred)
- Experience and understanding of CI/CD
- Docker experience preferred
- Experience working in Retail domain is an added advantage
