Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive quality improvements across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience in implementing automated testing frameworks and tools. - Proficient in scripting languages for automation purposes. - Ability to analyze and optimize testing processes for efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Architecture. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
