Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality are met. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies. - Continuously assess and improve testing processes to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify testing requirements. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
