Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure high-quality outcomes in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Freight Logistics. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify testing requirements. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Freight Logistics. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
