Automation Architect Location: Greater Noida Exp. : 11+Yrs. Key Responsibilities Can create & drive Automation First test strategy for digital and emerging technologies. Active involvement in understanding and research of trends in testing industry. Provide ongoing automation maturity assessments and recommendations of continuous improvement. Have complete ownership for developing test automation solution, designing automation frameworks on various applications platforms like web, mobile, desktop, mainframes and API\'s. Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality. Participate in various client proposals, solutions designs and POC\'s & POV\'s on various new tools and automation approaches Develop automation strategy to support regression testing & In-sprint automation based on the technical analysis, complexity & reusability and lead its implementation. Collaborate with product teams to strategize & align long-term solution for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach. Evaluate, select and formulate best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications. Monitor & Review the automation deliveries of teams, suggest best practices and provide technical guidance. Supports automation script development and optimization of those scripts. Competencies: Excellent knowledge in OOPS programming concepts and experience in programming languages like Java, JavaScript. Have Expertise in Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Karate, Playwright Should have good expertise in building various automation frameworks Strong experience and expertise in creating CI/CD ecosystem for automation suites using Azure DevOps Experience in delivering project sin Agile & DevOps ( Continuous Integration & Continuous Testing) methodology Hands-on experience in manual, automation & performance testing Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with client, at all levels, and third parties (business & development partner and Infrastructure teams. Ability to demonstrate innovation and creativity. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
