About the department Cross DD&IT Services is the unit responsible for compliance of systems at Novo Nordisk in areas like: Global IT, PS, CMC, NNIO and NNI etc. The systems are used on a local, regional, and global scale by many areas of the business, including R&D, Patient Safety, sales and marketing, Production sites etc. and are critical to the execution of key business process such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. This unit is responsible for validating these systems/ Qualification of underlying infrastructure and maintaining the validation status. The Position As a Test Analyst (Business Analyst II), you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to Testing. Your primary responsibility shall be: Prepare test plans and detailed test scripts supporting test cases derived from an analysis of functional requirements and specifications. End to end testing activities including planning, scripting, execution, and defect management. Thoroughly tests software to ensure intended operation and uncover defects prior to implementation. Work in liaison with the other validation consultants of the ART Teams sharing knowledge and challenges between the teams. Organizing, monitoring defect management process handling changes and conducting regression tests. Work in liaison with Product Owner to ensure compliant delivery of test artefacts. Prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders. Participate in PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies to plan, retrospect and flag project risks and challenges as relevant. Create test scenarios/cases for automation and support in automation as relevant. Qualifications Master\'s degree or bachelor\'s degree or similar graduate degree in relevant fields (MCA, M.Sc., B.Sc., or BE). Preferred to have Industry recognized ITIL and ISO quality management certification. Minimum 6-8 years of IT experience in working in a service level-based organization/ pharmaceutical industry preferably in the Validation and Testing domain. Relevant 4+ years of experience in validation and testing of GxP IT systems. Experience in Veeva Platform - Testing and Validation. Experience in working with test management tools like HP ALM, Jira, ADO. Experience in with both waterfall and Agile methodology. Knowledge of and experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, 21 CFR Part 11). Self-managed and strong personal leadership with ability to analyse and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner. Must be able to work in different geographical time zone. Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and external parties. Excellent in communication skills written and spoken English. Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is its people.
