The Finance PMO role is responsible for managing financial governance across projects and programs. This includes
budget planning, cost allocation, revenue tracking, and timely submission of financial reports
. The role ensures financial transparency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting
+ Develop and maintain project and program budgets.
+ Forecast financial requirements and track variances.
Cost & Revenue Management
+ Monitor project costs and revenue streams.
+ Ensure accurate allocation of costs across departments/projects.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
+ Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly revenue and cost reports.
+ Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
Governance & Controls
+ Implement financial controls within PMO processes.
Review and approve financial transactions related to projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial planning and project management.
Skills & Competencies
Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Performance Metrics
Accuracy and timeliness of financial submissions.
