Responsible for recruiting and managing the Sales Representative to support the infrastructure
Responsible for delivering of Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales and Distribution objectives for the territory
Responsible for delivering the processes as per company policy
Responsible for Secondary Sales, Distribution, Visibility and Merchandising
Goals:
Placement in Retail Stores as per agreed business plan
Appointment of Sales Representatives as per the business plan and timelines
Assigning the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets for Distribution, Productivity, Sales Volume, Visibility to Sub Distributors/Sales Representatives as per Business Plan
Daily Review and Tracking with the team on agreed Targets
Visiting every super Stockiest as least once in a 7 days
Visiting every Sub Distributor at least once in 15 days
Market Working/Store Check with every Sales Representative at least once in a week ( Min 25 Market Working days )
Delivering the collection, primary sales, secondary sales targets as per agreed plan for the area
Managing the Sub Distributor claims and ensure NOC from Sub Distributor every month.
Ensuring the Modern Trade/Ecom Sales targets and Supplies
Ensuring No Stock out at Sub Distributor/Modern Trade
Training and coaching to Sales Representatives
Controlling the Price at every layer as per company policy
Ensuring Gate Meeting/Weekly Meetings/Monthly with Sales Representatives to understand the progress and support required to achieve the targets
Reporting on the Sales Metrices to ASM on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis
