Primary responsibility of Territory Service Manager is to repair Endoscopy equipment and instruments.
What will you be doing?
The Territory Service Manager is responsible f Endoscopy equipment and instruments which are under warranty or out of warranty, set up processes for servicing function, maintain repair equipment, adhere to quality policies laid down as per QMS (Quality Management System) & as laid down by GBU (Global Business Unit).
Repair of equipment and instruments as per Company set guidelines in defined area.
Pre-installation service check of equipments Installation of equipments and associated hardware.
Completing preventive maintenance of equipments as per plan.
Record and upload all reports related to installation, repair and preventive maintenance in the available ERP.
Achieving the revenue targets for CMC, sales of accessories, etc.
Assisting sales and marketing team in meetings, conference or elsewhere as the need arises.
Maintenance, upkeep and tracking of service pool and demo equipment. Upcountry customer visits in company approved mode of transport for meetings, negotiations, etc.
Adherence to Company's Code of Conduct and Compliance to QMS (Quality Management System).
Attending OT to observe surgery, understand and perform In-service programs with users.
What will you need to be successful?
Successful candidates would need the following:
Graduate/Bachelor of Engineering
Licenses/ Certifications: Optional, but good to have
Overall 6-9 years of service support background in healthcare industry, Key account management, strong communication skills
Driven and result oriented approach
Strong communication, interpersonal skill
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Travel Requirements: 50-75%
