Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and display at retail outlets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports to management.
Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to enhance sales.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
Regularly visit markets to track sales performance and resolve customer issues.
Train and motivate distributor sales staff to achieve targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
