Job Description

The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing distributors/retailers, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

Market Development

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Ensure product availability and visibility in the territory. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather insights.

Channel Management

Manage distributor operations including stock, credit, and claims. Support retailers with promotions, schemes, and merchandising.

Execution Excellence

Implement sales campaigns, trade promotions, and marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing strategies.

Reporting & Analysis

Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Track performance metrics and suggest corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Civil Engineering 0-2 years of experience in Sales Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Work Location:

Shillong, Guwahati, Barpeta,Tezpur,Jorhat & Tinsukia

Salary:

Rs.16,800 in hand + Travelling Allowance + Mobile Allowance

Two wheeler is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,800.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
