Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors to sell FMCG products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identify new sales opportunities within the market
Collect orders and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team
Monitor competitor activities and share market insights
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements
Previous experience in FMCG sales is an advantage but not mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or sales reporting
Must be willing to travel within assigned area
