Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Generate
individual business revenue
through direct insurance sales.
Sell
all types of insurance products
, including:
Health Insurance
Life & Term Insurance
General Insurance (Motor, Home, Commercial, etc.)
Travel, Agriculture & Cyber Security Insurance
Identify prospects, meet customers, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve assigned
monthly targets
independently.
Maintain discipline, daily follow-ups, and sales reporting as per company process.
Compensation & Incentives
Fixed monthly salary ranging from
?15,000 to ?45,000
, based on experience and performance.
