Looking for Sales Officer with Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in food/snacks/namkeen categories
Salary: 18K-20K + Additional Incentives + Travel Allowances
Location: PURI, Phulbani, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal
Exp: 2-3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (namkeen/snacks preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned district
Appoint and manage distributors and retailers
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, competition, and pricing
Collect market feedback and submit timely reports
Execute promotional activities and local marketing campaigns
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely deliveries
Maintain strong business relationships with trade partners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
