We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to promote and expand the market for our natural hair care and herbal products (www.dkihenna.com). The role involves achieving sales targets, handling distributors/retailers, ensuring product visibility, and executing sales strategies within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail points.
Implement promotional schemes and monitor market activities.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights for strategy improvement.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or herbal/cosmetic sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
