Boche Tea is committed to delivering high-quality and refreshing tea products across diverse markets. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth of Boche Tea in the designated territory.
Expand distributor and retailer network, ensuring strong product availability and visibility.
Conduct regular market visits for sales, collections, and relationship-building with trade partners.
Plan and execute promotional activities, schemes, and in-market activations.
Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes, reporting, and policies.
Train, guide, and motivate retailers/distributors to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of sales experience in FMCG
(beverages/tea experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of distribution, retail channels, and local market dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
