We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Sales Officer
for our Bilaspur location. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing dealer networks, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in the Bilaspur region.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market feedback.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
Submit daily sales reports and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in sales (Paint/Building Materials industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
Must have a
two-wheeler and a valid driving license
.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, etc.).
