Job Summary

A Steel company is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Officers to promote and sell steel and construction products in assigned territories. The role involves dealer handling, site visits, and achieving sales targets across the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop and manage dealer, retailer, and contractor network in the assigned territory

Generate sales through market visits, site visits, and customer meetings

Promote Steel products to builders, contractors, and civil engineers

Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

Collect orders, follow up for dispatch and payment

Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback

Support marketing and promotional activities in the area

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Fresher to 2 years in sales (construction / building material industry preferred)

Age: As per company policy

Mandatory Requirements

Two-wheeler vehicle (bike/scooter)

Valid driving license

Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Skills Required

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of construction materials (TMT, steel, cement etc. preferred)

Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets

Customer handling and relationship management

Fixed Salary: ?22,000 per month
