Job Description

1.Lead and manage team in a territory.

2.Consistently achieving or exceeding sales numbers/targets, both the team's and individual sales performance/target, within his/her assigned territory.

3.Premium Customer Acquisition / Development of existing (Customer annual turnover of minimum 500 Crs or with workforce strength of minimum 800).

4.Customer retention - Maintaining professional relationship with customers by ensuring that their needs are identified, provide appropriate solutions and ensure supply in time.

5.Resolving complaints in a timely manner.

6. Analysing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.

7.Developing innovative sales promotional strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory

. 8.Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.

9.Organize awareness campaigns/seminars and other promotional events with customers/potential customers.

10.Desired business day to day reporting to be maintained.

Key Skills

?

Strong industrial knowledge, Industrial geographical knowledge ?Knowledge of industrial tools & equipment, selling knowledge, Safety is preferable. ?Experience in hardcore industrial sales Minimum 8+ years in industrial product technical sales.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
