Brief of JD
We are looking for a competent Business Development Manager to develop new sales strategies and attract new clients.
The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Role & responsibilities
End to end sales (Lead generation, Cold Calling, Scheduling Appointments, Demonstrating the products and closing of the deal)
Should be comfortable going on field and traveling at the assigned area allocate.
Preferred candidate profile
2+ Years of Sales Experience.
Strong experience with institutional/university clients and their servicing
Ideally have a Driving License and Vehicle of own
Purpose
Meeting with faculty and generating leads within the specified territory
Achieving monthly sales targets, Monitoring Sales correction form, responsible for collection & outstanding service charges
Having market awareness, provide support to the existing branches like marketing support and brand building activities etc
Roles and Responsibilities
8-10 Faculty/Dean/Administration Visits
6-9 Client Visits daily at least
New Infra Development
Achieving Monthly Revenue Targets
8-10 BTL Camps in a month
Required Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any Graduate, BSc
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
Two-Wheeler is Mandatory
Willing to work in weekly roster schedules
