Role Overview



This role holder is responsible for carrying the vision and standards of the company to the last mile i.e the franchisee owner's employees and franchisee owners. This role involves a challenging task to manage a mini P&L of the assigned territory. Achievements in this role prepares the manager for a Regional, Zonal and National level responsibilities. Provide support to new franchisee in setting up on floor experience during pre-launch of a Salon & Spa. Help franchisee achieve high audit scores during operations. Reviews franchise needs for consumable supplies and additional services for the first quarter of operations. Apply great emphasis on Experience SOP implementation to achieve high Index score of onfloor experience

Key Result Areas (KRAs) -



New franchise Development

- Work with company assigned leads and work in tandem with the franchise development team at HO to assist them in finalizing the association ( applicable only to senior TSMs )

Relationship management

- With Front Desk Managers, Service Providers & Franchisee Owner under the Guidance of VP- Customer Care & Training

Sales Function

- Implementing BTL strategies with the help of SSP s and Local Vendor in Coordination with Secondary sales head. Collect daily sales reports and be responsible for secondary numbers in the assigned territory and for the collection of Royalties

Operations Function

- Work with franchisees to improve audit scores under the guidance of compliance manager

Activation Function

- Property search, Staffing and Pre-Launch activities along with activation manager and pre-launch teams

HR Function

- Assist the local franchisees with staff replacement by actively networking in the industry. Identify star performers in the local region and influence them to join our network

Audit Function

- Randomly visit the salons to establish accurate sales reports and to cross check Under reporting

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Franchisee Happiness Index - Must score more than 90 % Quarterly or Half yearly audit scores - No outlet less than 90% in overall score and no less than 80% in any category Customer Care Index - Must score more than 95% in Customer Satisfaction Surveys Pre-launch Checklist Score - Must ensure all salons meet 90% criteria of the pre-launch checklist Secondary Sales Achieved vs Benchmarked Figures - Must achieve 80% of sales targets On time Royalty Collections - Should be more than 90%

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
