Candidates from ORTHO IMPLANTS-TRAUMA/SPINE are highly preferred.
Leed end-to-end sales, marketing, and business development operations across multi-state territories.
Experience in assisting surgeries across Trauma and Spine.
Plan monthly, weekly & daily tour program & submit to the RSM and NSM - Sales & Marketing.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and explain the product advantage/benefits, USP to doctors, surgeons, distributors and generate sales.
Listen and understand doctors, surgeons and distributors problems & provide them solutions.
Timely address & escalate problems queries to RSM and NSM and convey solutions to doctors and surgeons.
Maintaining excellent rapport with the existing distributor and surgeons.
Timely submission of the daily report, expense statement and update ongoing progress status report.
Perform Distributor management inventories, order deliveries and payment follow-ups.
Strong coordination & closely follow up at all levels for any open queries and problem.
Responsible for generating leads and achieving sales targets for Primary and Secondary in the given area.
Smooth functioning of channel (stockiest) by ensuring optimum stock for primary, secondary & instruments.
Follow up for payment recovery on time and zero outstanding with the distributors.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences or a related field is typically required.
3+ years of experience in orthopaedics or medical device sales.
Strong knowledge of orthopaedics procedures & products (trauma and spine).
Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Salary Range from Rs.40,000 to 45,000 per month inhand.
Please Note: We are looking for candidates on VERY URGENT basis for Punjab region (for Ludhiana, Amritsar and Chandigarh).
