Roles & Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and acquire new hospital partnerships for HLM (Hospital Laboratory Management) model.
Drive B2B sales for specialty tests, wellness packages, and reference lab services.
Develop monthly and quarterly sales plans to achieve territory targets.
Expand market share by onboarding clinics, polyclinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with Hospital MDs, Administrators, Doctors, and Purchase teams.
Conduct regular review meetings with hospital management to ensure service satisfaction.
Maintain high customer retention through consistent service delivery follow-up.
3. Territory Mapping & Lead Generation
Conduct territory research to identify potential hospitals and high-volume centers.
Plan and execute doctor visits, corporate visits, and channel partner engagement activities.
Generate qualified leads through field activities, referrals, and networking.
4. Sales Execution & Negotiation
Present HLM partnership proposals and commercial models (Revenue share, CapEx placement, etc.).
Negotiate pricing, revenue terms, and service SLAs with decision-makers.
Coordinate onboarding process--agreement signing, operational kickoff, training.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor daily sales activities, lead funnel movement, and closures.
Track partner performance, revenue growth, test volume trends, and TAT adherence.
Submit weekly & monthly MIS reports to Sales Head.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Phlebotomy, and Quality teams for seamless HLM execution.
Coordinate marketing activities such as camps, CME programs, branding at partner hospitals.
Ensure all service-related issues are resolved quickly to maintain client satisfaction.
7. Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure partners follow NABL guidelines and internal SOPs.
Maintain updated agreements, documentation, and commercial terms.
8. Market Intelligence
Track competitor offerings, pricing, new labs, and new hospital expansions.
Provide insights to management for strategic planning and product line expansion.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
