Implement company sales strategies to maximize territory performance.
Ensure effective distribution coverage and outlet expansion.
Monitor stock levels, order processing, and timely product replenishment.
2. Distributor & Channel Management
Appoint and manage distributors as per company policy.
Monitor distributor ROI, claim settlements, and working capital.
Ensure proper implementation of distributor management systems (DMS/ERP).
Conduct regular distributor reviews and business planning sessions.
3. Market Development
Identify potential markets and new business opportunities.
Execute trade marketing activities and visibility drives.
Ensure product placement and planogram adherence across outlets.
Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback.
4. Team Management
Supervise and motivate Sales Executives / Sales Representatives (SRs).
Conduct field coaching, joint market visits, and performance reviews.
Build a high-performing sales team through training and goal setting.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate sales data and submit timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Analyze sales trends, territory performance, and identify gaps.
Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams for smooth operations.
